Neue Erkenntnisse in der Medizin haben in den letzten Jahren viele konventionelle chirurgische Techniken obsolet werden lassen. Noch vor zwanzig Jahren wurde ein Blinddarm obligatorisch durch Bauchschnitt entfernt. Heute erfolgt der Eingriff mittels einer Bauchspiegelung, unblutig, und mit k\u00fcrzerer Heilungszeit, die auch einen kurzeren Krankenaufenthalt zur Folge hat.
\nDie Bauchspiegelung ist eine Technik der Endoskopie oder Schl\u00fcsselloch -Chirurgie. Eine optische Fiber wird in den Bauchraum eingef\u00fchrt, damit dieser von innen betrachtet werden kann und somit auch chirurgische Eingriffe vorgenommen werden k\u00f6nnen.
\nTraditionell erfolgt die Geb\u00e4rmutterentfernung durch die Bauchdecke oder die Scheide. Die Schl\u00fcsselloch -Chirurgie erlaubt die Entfernung einer kleinen, nicht voroperierten Geb\u00e4rmutter mit oder ohne Ovarien und ist weniger invasiv und traumatisierend.<\/p>\n

Laparoskopie:<\/i><\/div>\n

\"Laparoskopie\"<\/p>\n

Die Hysteroskopie ( Geb\u00e4rmutterspiegelung ), bei der eine optische Fiber durch die Scheide in die Geb\u00e4rmutter eingef\u00fchrt wird, arbeitet nach der gleichen Technik und eignet sich zur Diagnostik z.B. bei Infertilit\u00e4t. Die operative Hysteroskopie erlaubt die Entfernung von Verwachsungen oder die Korrektur angeborener Anomalien der Geb\u00e4rmutterhohle. Polypen und kleinere, innen gelegene Myome sind so am einfachsten zu entfernen.<\/p>\n

Welche sind die Erkrankungen, die eine endoskopische Technik indizieren?<\/p>\n

    \n
    <\/i> Eierstockszysten und gutartige Tumore<\/div>\n
    <\/i> Eileiterschwangerschaften<\/div>\n
    <\/i> \u00c4u\u00dfere Myome des Uterus<\/div>\n
    <\/i> Endometriose<\/div>\n
    <\/i> Verwachsungen<\/div>\n<\/ul>\n

    Myome der Geb\u00e4rmutter<\/b><\/p>\n

    Myome enstehen h\u00e4ufig bei Frauen zwischen 35 und 50 Jahren. Da ihr Wachstum \u00f6strogenabh\u00e4ngig ist, kommen sie folglich in den Wechseljahren nicht mehr vor, eher schrumpfen sie sogar. Je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe k\u00f6nnen Myome ein Druckgef\u00fchl im Bauchraum oder Schmerzen verursachen. Wenn die Myome im Inneren der Geb\u00e4rmutter liegen, k\u00f6nnen sie Blutungen, auch starker Natur, oft von krampfartigen Schmerzen begleitet, verursachen.
    \nJenachdem wie gro\u00df die Myome sind, k\u00f6nnen sie per Laparoskopie oder Hysteroskopie entfernt werden. Bei Frauen um die 50 kann dies auch eine Indikation f\u00fcr eine Geb\u00e4rmutterntfernung sein.<\/p>\n

    Polypen<\/b><\/p>\n

    Dies sind gutartige Tumore die durch \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiges Wachstums der Geb\u00e4rmutterschleimhaut in der Geb\u00e4rmutterh\u00f6hle entstehen. Polypen kann man auch im Gebarmutterhalskanal finden oder auf dem Gebarmuttermund. Sie verursachen oftmals Blutungen und selten Schmerzen. Meist werden sie per Hysteroskopie und \/ oder Gebarmutterausschabung entfernt.<\/p>\n
